Milk is a food but still we can drink it.
Milk and the cow
Milk is obtained from the cow. You can not force a cow to give milk, the cow itself gives milk. Through the cow, the donation principle is implemented. The cow is donating her milk.
The cow never gives milk before she was born a calf. The cow gives milk to her child because of love. This means that milk is a product of love. Through the giving of milk, the love principle is implemented - to give with love.
Milk and fat
Milk must be drunk with such fat concentration as it comes from the cow. Milk is meant for the child (also calf) to grow. When the baby is born, it is fed with milk. The child takes on many times in weight. This is what the milk is meant for.
Avoid low-fat milk
Many stores offer low-fat milk. This milk product should not be used. Especially it is bought by people who really want to lose weight. They want to get rid of fat. So they think they need to take everything with a low fat content. In fact, it is just the opposite. The less fat the milk is, the harder it is for the body to digest. This means that, while drinking low-fat milk, the person will not stay thiner, but will become even more fat. All that the stomach can not digest is laid down in a "safe and free space" in the body.
To properly digest dairy products, milk should be high-fat.
Milk, turmeric and ghee butter
It's not right to drink milk alone, because the breast milk dedicated for human is more fat. Breast milk contains 3% to 5% fat. Milk of cow contains to 3.5% fat. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare milk before drinking.
First, the milk should be boiled. While the milk is warming up, ayurveda recommends adding to milk a spoon of ghee butter and add a spoon of turmeric. When the milk begins to boil, take it off from the fire and, when it is warm, it can be drunk.
Remember, do not be drinking very hot or cold drinks and do not eat very hot or cold food. The temperature inside your stomach is approximately 99.6 degrees Fahrenheit or 37.6 degrees Celsius. If your stomach gets inadequate temperature food, problems with the stomach may start.
